Sauble Beach is one of Canada's hot spots for beach vacationing. Follow this itinerary to make the most of a 3 day trip to Sauble Beach. And don't worry - there’s plenty of time for relaxation on the beach.

Relax on the Beach See? We told you. Building it right in at step 1. There are multiple “sections” of the beach to choose from and the choice really is yours!

Here is the simple breakdown

Main Street Entrance: This is the hot spot of Sauble Beach. With cafes, restaurants, live music, events, all of the happening things that Sauble Beach has to offer stem from the beaches at the base of Main Street. For relaxation and beach hangouts this is where you will find the greatest crowds, but also the most dynamic and social part of the beach. Come early as parking fills up quickly.

Northern Sauble Beach: Typically the Northern portion of Sauble Beach is less crowded and offers a bit more space to spread out. This is the place to go if you are looking to kick around a soccer ball, throw a frisbee or just relax within your own sandy oasis. To access the Northern portion of Sauble Beach simply head North on Lake Shore Road (or simply set your GPS for Hi Bruce! Partner Bruce Peninsula Boat Tours - Sauble River. Parking is usually available or accessible by on the street. Access to the beach is available through multiple points fairly close to the municipal parking lot.

South Sauble Beach: South Sauble Beach is controlled access by admission (Run by Saugeen Shores First Nations). Accessing the beach can be done from 16th Street - but be prepared to pay a small admission fee for access. Despite this South Sauble Beach is a step back in time, and a step away from the more developed Northern portion of the beach. Cars are not permitted on this section of the beach which leaves more space to spread out and a bit more of an isolated feel.

The waters are just as sandy, just as clear and just as crisp. So if you are not looking for anything to do but plant yourself on a beach towel and soak up some sun this may be the place for you.
